1. Deliveries
At Designs by Taran we take every measure to ensure all orders are delivered
according to a customers request. However, sometimes this is difficult to
achieve due to various cicumstances outside our control. These might include:

Insufficient and/or incorrect address details provided.

Delivery to particularly remote or rural areas.

Unforeseen circumstances – e.g. problems with delivery vehicles,
weather etc.
We will, of course make every effort to keep you informed at all times
and offer other appropriate options as events develop. To avoid
unnecessary disappointment please make sure all information requested
during the order process is completed fully, and clearly. Please use
the comments field in the order system to tell us about any specific
requirements, or special delivery instructions.
2. Where we deliver
Delivery will only be made within the United Kingdom of Great Britain and
Northern Ireland but excluding the Channel Islands and, for some larger
items, the Isle of Man and the Scottish islands. You or your nominated
recipient must sign an acknowledgement of delivery slip.
3. Delivery company
Parcel Force usually deliver our products.
4. Delivery Charges
Standard Zone:
Next Day (only Tuesday – Friday) delivery: £6.50
Saturday delivery by 1pm: £18.50

If you require same day or Monday delivery or full track and trace service,
please contact the customer service team on 0845 468 2572.
Public Holidays and Sundays – no delivery.
We do not offer Standard Next Day for delivery on Mondays due to the last
collection day by ParcelForce would have to be on Friday and fresh flowers
will be kept at their depot over the weekend. This procedure is not
favoured by us at Designs by Taran.

6. Delivery to hospitals
Please check with related hospital to ask if they accept flowers and/or
plants prior to placing an order. We cannot be held responsible if
fresh flowers are refused by the hospital or if they go missing, having
been received by a hospital. In most circumstances, orders will be
delivered at reception.
7. Funeral Directors
All funeral tributes must include the deceased’s full name and
undertaker details. We recommend that all tributes should arrive
a day before the actual funeral service.
8. Christmas Period
Last delivery for Christmas is on Wednesday 24 December. Orders to be
received by 12 noon on Tuesday.
9. Delivery Surcharges
An additional £0.50 is charged for Central London congestion charge zone
delivery.
A 60% Surcharge on the normal rate applies to the following post codes:
Northern Ireland postcode PF48.
A 100% Surcharge on the normal rate applies to the following post codes:
IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE
A 150% Surcharge on the normal rate applies to the following post codes:
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly - postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25
10. Refunds and Returns Policy
Should you wish to refund or return any items bought from us please
contact us immediately. All requests are dealt with professionally.
